By using SMS Connect Rwanda's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SMS Connect Rwanda provides enterprise SMS and voice communication services, including but not limited to:

Bulk SMS sending
OTP and authentication services
Voice messaging
Contact management
Analytics and reporting

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for:

Spam or unsolicited messages
Fraudulent or illegal activities
Harassment or abuse
Violating any applicable laws

5. Fees and Payments

All fees are listed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance during off-peak hours.

7. Data Privacy

Your data privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

We provide our services "as is" and are not liable for any damages arising from use of our services, to the extent permitted by law.
